Human Resources Training Program Outline
Training Program Description and Objectives:
Being able to utilize people as a dynamic asset makes sense seeing that it is the business' only growing capital asset. Managing the company's Human Resources is often a necessary evil required for compliance and administrative reasons. Not having a clear relationship between employees and business growth is a recipe for failure. This program and it's related modules bridges the business and its human resource asset so the business and its leadership team are productive and efficient in all they do.
Each module is delivered through a mix of classroom and field applications to enhance the learners' overall understanding of the material and its application in the field.
Learning is evaluated through field application and the level of effectiveness the trainee demonstrates in the field.
Each learning module is delivered by Bruce Baker, Workplaces' principle and Founder.
