Business Building Training Program Outline


Training Program Description and Objectives: 


Being able to and implement successful business systems originate from not just understanding one part or fragments of the business in its entirety but understanding how all the core systems of a business interrelate and react with each other.


Each module is delivered through a mix of classroom and field applications to enhance the learners' overall understanding of the material and its application in the field.


Learning is evaluated through field application and the level of effectiveness the trainee demonstrates in the field.


Each learning module is delivered by Bruce Baker, Workplaces' principle and Founder.
